About this role

As a biostatistician on this project, you would own a part in multiple workflows:

  • Clinical Data Generation: we need to simulate raw patient-level data and transform it through SDTM and ADaM into TLF outputs, so that every figure reconciles back to its source.
  • Biostatistics task authorship: you must be capable of executing end-to-end analysis pipelines and component tasks, and designing prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify the ability of an AI agent attempting to do the same thing.

To be qualified for this role, you must fit the following requirements:

  • Location: US, Canada, or France.
  • YOE: 5+ required. 10-25 preferred.
  • Education: MS in biostatistics or statistics required. PhD preferred.
  • Hourly availability: 20-25 hours/week, minimum. 30+ preferred.
  • Experience: MUST have hands-on experience across the SDTM, ADaM, and TLF layers of pre-market (Phases 1-3) trials. You will be converting an existing SAP into data transformations and outputs, not authoring the SAP itself. Comfortable producing synthetic data that is realistic rather than contrived.
