  • Develop detailed evaluation rubrics (35+ items) to assess AI model outputs on structure, accuracy, and executive-readiness.
  • Identify and document common failure modes in strategy communication, including unclear recommendations, logical inconsistencies, and unsupported figures.
  • Ensure all produced content exhibits clean visual storytelling, numerical rigor, and polished executive presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, tier-2), investment banking, PE, corporate strategy, or FP&A settings.
  • Hands-on ownership of board-level decks, strategy recommendations, or investment committee memos subject to senior review.
  • Expertise in financial modeling from scratch within Excel, encompassing scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Mastery of structured problem-solving approaches (MECE, issue trees, pyramid principle) and executive communication best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to produce executive-facing content.
  • Experience developing outputs against in-house or standardized deck templates.
  • Sector-specific analytical exposure (such as TMT, healthcare, consumer, or financial services) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with rubric writing or AI training projects is a plus, though not required.
