Overview
Models produce confident accounting answers that fail on the details: misapplied standards, broken reconciliations, and journal entries that don't balance.
As an Accountant you'll grade AI output against real accounting practice and write the answers a careful professional would give.
What you’ll actually do
- Write prompts that test how models handle bookkeeping, reporting standards, and tax scenarios.
- Review AI output for misapplied standards, arithmetic slips, and entries that don't reconcile, and rate the reasoning.
- Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with the working shown clearly.
Roles this fits
Common backgrounds: Corporate Controller, Revenue Accountant, Staff Accountant.
What we look for
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent training, or professional accounting experience.
- Comfort across bookkeeping, financial reporting, or tax.
- Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
Compensation
$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
