As a Cardiologist you'll evaluate AI clinical reasoning across arrhythmia, heart failure, and acute coronary care against the current standard of care, and write the answers a careful specialist would actually give.

What you’ll actually do

• Write prompts that probe specialist reasoning: differential diagnosis, risk stratification, ECG and imaging interpretation, and management decisions.
• Review AI output for outdated guidance, misread tracings, and missed contraindications, and rate the quality of the clinical reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in current evidence and guideline-directed care.

• Cardiology training and clinical experience, through fellowship, board certification, or equivalent practice.
• Comfort reasoning across ECGs, imaging, and current cardiovascular guidelines.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
