Overview

Most of what models get wrong isn't specialist knowledge. It's careful reading, clear writing, and common-sense judgment, and that's exactly what this role supplies.

As a Generalist you'll review and rate AI responses across a wide range of everyday topics. No technical background needed; strong reasoning and writing are the whole job.

What you’ll actually do

• Review AI responses for accuracy, helpfulness, and tone across a wide variety of everyday tasks.
• Rank and rate outputs against clear rubrics, explaining your judgment as you go.
• Write the better response when the model falls short: clear, correct, and genuinely helpful.

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Clear, natural written English.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$25 to $50/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
