About this role

Overview

Models answer health questions in a confident, authoritative voice and still get the clinical details wrong: a contraindication they skip, guidance that ignores comorbidities, advice that is textbook-correct and wrong for a real patient. Someone with real clinical training has to close that gap, and that is you.

As a Health/Medical Expert you'll evaluate AI reasoning across clinical and health topics, catch what a trained clinician would catch, and write the answer an experienced professional would trust.

What you’ll actually do

  • Write prompts that probe clinical reasoning across diagnosis, treatment, and patient safety.
  • Review AI output for unsafe advice, missed contraindications, and reasoning that breaks down in a real case, and rate the quality.
  • Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in current clinical practice.

Roles this fits

Common backgrounds: Physician, Clinician, Medical Reviewer.

What we look for

  • Clinical or health-professional experience in any specialty.
  • Comfort reasoning through diagnosis, treatment, and safety.
  • Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
  • No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
