Overview
Models struggle with the practical side of healthcare: billing codes, insurance workflows, scheduling, and the administrative details that keep clinics running.
As a Healthcare Operations Specialist you'll evaluate AI answers about healthcare administration and write the guidance an experienced operator would give.
What you’ll actually do
- Write prompts that probe healthcare admin scenarios: billing and coding, insurance, scheduling, and compliance workflows.
- Review AI output for incorrect codes, unworkable processes, and compliance mistakes, and rate the reasoning.
- Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in day-to-day operational experience.

Compensation
$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
