Overview

Ask a model to brief a motion and it hands back something that reads like a real filing, then cites three cases that do not exist and misstates the standard of review on a fourth. The procedural posture drifts, the deadline math is off, and the local rules are ignored. A litigator like you is who catches it before it reaches a judge.

As a Litigation Attorney you'll evaluate AI work on pleadings, discovery, and motion practice, check every citation and holding against the record, and rewrite the argument the way a careful advocate would frame it.

What you’ll actually do

• Draft prompts that test how models handle pleadings, discovery disputes, motions, and litigation strategy across jurisdictions.
• Review AI output for invented citations, misread holdings, wrong standards of review, and blown procedural deadlines, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct filing when the model falls short, with the precision a court would expect.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
