Overview

A model will draft a cite-check that looks airtight and still miss that the case was overruled, point to the wrong treatment, and quietly invent a pin cite. In litigation those errors do not stay small. Catching them before they reach a filing is exactly what a paralegal does.

As a Paralegal you'll evaluate AI on legal research, document review, and filings, verify the work against the actual record, and write the work product a careful litigation team would rely on.

What you’ll actually do

• Draft prompts that test legal research, cite-checking, document review, and filing preparation across practice areas.
• Review AI output for invented citations, overruled authority, wrong pin cites, and procedural misses, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct work product when the model falls short, accurate enough to file.

What we look for

• Hands-on paralegal or legal-assistant experience.
• Comfort with legal research, citation checking, and court procedure.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
