Polish Specialist

About this role

Overview

Polish gives AI a lot to break: seven cases, verb aspect, and agreement that must stay consistent across the sentence. It also fumbles the formal pan and pani and produces wording that parses but sounds unmistakably translated, which is where a native speaker steps in.

As a Polish Expert, you'll judge and correct AI output in Polish, teaching models to write the way people really speak it.

What you’ll actually do

  • Assess translations between English and Polish for accuracy, flow, and register.
  • Rate and rank model output in Polish, flagging broken cases, wrong aspect, and misjudged formality.
  • Rewrite what falls short so it reads as native Polish, not a gloss.

Roles this fits

Common backgrounds: Polish Linguist, Bilingual Reviewer, Localization Specialist.

What we look for

  • Native or near-native fluency in Polish.
  • A firm grip on case, aspect, and the pan and pani forms.
  • Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
  • No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$25 to $40/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
