Overview

Models sound reassuring and still get bedside care wrong: a dosing detail that no nurse would administer, a triage order that buries the sickest patient, discharge teaching that misses the one thing that keeps someone safe at home. The gap between textbook care and real care is exactly what you close.

As a Registered Nurse you'll evaluate AI reasoning on assessment, medication administration, and clinical protocols, and write the guidance an experienced nurse would give at the bedside.

What you’ll actually do

• Write prompts that probe nursing judgment: assessment, triage and prioritization, medication administration, and patient education.
• Review AI output for unsafe steps, wrong priorities, and protocol errors, and rate the quality of the clinical reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, grounded in real bedside practice and current standards.

• Active or recent nursing experience as an RN or nurse practitioner.
• Comfort reasoning through assessment, medication safety, and care protocols.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
