About this role

Overview

Evaluate AI on Swedish translation, localization, and cultural nuance across real projects.

You’ll evaluate AI on real languages work, analyze what the models get wrong, and help train the next generation of AI. Flexible, remote, and always project-available.

What you’ll actually do

  • Review what frontier models produce on real languages tasks and rate the quality.
  • Bring your swedish linguist judgment: find the errors, explain the failure, and score the reasoning.
  • Write the better answer when the model falls short: clear, correct, and genuinely useful.

Roles this fits

Common backgrounds: Swedish Linguist, Bilingual Reviewer, Localization Specialist.

What we look for

  • Professional experience in languages or a closely related field.
  • Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
  • No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

Up to $40/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $100k to $200k a year; some make it their full-time income.
