Venture Capitalist

Overview

Models love a founder's story and can't tell a real market from a rounded-up one: a TAM built by multiplying optimism, traction metrics that don't cohort, a moat that's really just a feature. Someone has to separate the venture-scale bet from the nice small business, and that someone is you.

As a Venture Capitalist you'll evaluate AI-built startup diligence and market analysis, check the sizing and the signal, and write the judgments that teach models how early-stage bets are really made.

What you’ll actually do

• Evaluate AI startup diligence: the market, the team, the product, and whether the opportunity is venture-scale at all.
• Break down the market math: TAM built bottom-up, unit economics, and traction that actually cohorts.
• Write the investment memo when the model falls short, honest about the risk and the reason to fund anyway.

• Experience in venture capital, startup operating roles, or early-stage investing.
• A feel for markets, product, and what separates a venture bet from a small business.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

$75 to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k to $100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
