About this role
Support a high-priority technical-expert panel for a frontier AI lab as an Expert Interviewer.
Overview
We're seeking an experienced interviewer to help vet shortlisted engineers across GPU kernel development, security & vulnerability research, and ML-compiler / accelerator domains for an AI model training-and-evaluation engagement. You'll run short, structured interviews and give our team a clear, evidence-based read on each expert's fit.
What You'll Do
- Run ~20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted experts, assessing technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit against a provided rubric.
- Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, and surface any red flags.
- Tier each candidate (advance / hold / pass) and write a concise summary for the program team.
- Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours.
What We're Looking For
- Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience; comfort assessing senior engineers.
- Strong communication and structured judgment; able to run a warm, professional conversation and stay on time.
- Weekday business-hours availability.
- Able to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, fully remote.
