micro1 is engaging experienced Senior Machinists and Construction & Field Operations Leads to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on technical drawing comprehension and field plan execution. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

• Review and interpret advanced machining drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications to provide detailed, real-world feedback.
• Analyze and comment on CNC setup and programming documentation, offering insights into best practices and troubleshooting common challenges.
• Evaluate construction plan sheets, identifying potential issues, missing information, or clarity improvements based on practical field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a master machinist, construction superintendent, drilling engineer, mine planner, cabinetmaker, or fire officer, with a strong track record of interpreting technical drawings and field plans.
• Comprehensive understanding of US construction, fire, or mining codes and standards.
• Expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, and GD&T application.
