AI Trainer

Overview

AI front desk assistants produce confident-sounding answers that fail on the details: wrong appointment info, missed escalation cues, and responses that don't match how a real front desk would handle a patient. As an AI Trainer you'll grade the assistant's output against how a careful, thoughtful person would actually respond and write the answers it should have given.

What you'll actually do

• Review transcripts from the AI front desk assistant for accuracy, tone, and helpfulness.
• Identify hallucinations, incorrect information, and cases where the assistant should have escalated to a human but didn't.
• Write the correct response when the assistant falls short, with reasoning shown clearly.
• Test edge cases (unclear requests, sensitive topics, scheduling conflicts) and document how the assistant should handle them.

What we look for

• Strong written skills in English, Spanish, or French.
• Attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Comfort reviewing conversational data and spotting inconsistencies.

Compensation

$75 to $100/hr depending on experience, language, and task complexity.
